These stars of the show are always turning up. Almost every scent draws out at least one of the big five, and in many cases more than one. They're extremely versatile and cannot be pinned down to any one theme. Still, we've been able to narrow down pretty well what aroma note each one likely sends to the brain when they're stimulated.
