We know who's there for us when a smell of musk fills the air, or sweat, or fish, or sulfur - so many wonderful things - but what about that captivating quality called mintiness? So far, we haven't been able to tie the smell of mint down to any one character. It's a mystery. But we have narrowed down to some suspects, some or all of whom might be responsible for picking up that delightful aroma note.
